Accessibility at Vue Cramlington

Vue Cinemas are dedicated to providing great service to all our guests and strive to meet all our customers’ needs. Below are specific details to this cinema however firstly please be advised that each Vue Cinema has made adjustments for our sensory impaired customers which are detailed below and we welcome assistance dogs into all our cinemas.

Location Access

Located in the Manor Walks shopping complex, the car park is directly outside which has blue badge spaces available and the entrance is on the ground floor. The nearest bus stop is outside Manor Walks shopping centre next to Sainsburys and the local railway station is approx 10 mins walk away.

Please note: Vue cinemas do not operate any car parks and cannot guarantee availability of spaces. 

Accessibility within the cinema and screens

  • The cinema is accessed through two sets of automatic doors on the ground level leading to the main foyer where limited designated seating is available
  • All screens are on one level leading off the main foyer where accessible toilets can be found. Wheelchair bays are also available at the rear of our screens which can be accessed via a lift; an additional accessible toilet is located on this second level.
  • Please be advised that all auditoriums are accessed by push/pull doors and step free seating cannot be guaranteed other than that advertised as wheelchair accessible.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets are available for purchase at any till, we welcome the CEA Card and customers wishing to buy tickets using this card can do so in person at the cinema, online or by calling Customer Services on 08712 240 240.

Every auditorium is equipped with Infra Red technology to provide hearing assistance; for headsets to utilise this facility and Audio Description, as mentioned above, please contact a member of staff.
